When you complete and submit the contact form on synexailabs.com, we collect the following information:

2. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Send you an automated confirmation email acknowledging your enquiry
• Notify our team of your enquiry so we can follow up within 24 hours
• Maintain a record of your enquiry for our internal follow-up process

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond responding to your enquiry.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your submitted data is stored in Airtable, a cloud-based database platform. Airtable uses industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data.

Your email address is also processed by Resend, an email delivery service, solely for the purpose of sending your confirmation email. Resend does not store your data beyond what is required for email delivery.

4. Who Can Access Your Data

Only authorised members of the Synex AI Labs team have access to your submitted information. We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third parties for commercial purposes.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your enquiry data for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, your data is deleted from our systems unless an active business relationship exists.

You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 6.

6. Your Rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct any inaccurate information
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal information
• Objection — object to our processing of your information

To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@synexailabs.com with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.

7. Consent

By submitting the contact form on our website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at admin@synexailabs.com.
